The software allows you to quickly type a noted naturalist while adapting to a list of scientific names repository.The advantage of the application is to save time and avoid typing errors: You can type only the first letters of the genus, species and possibly subspecies, the software will replace the entry the valid and full name.
Eg "ps bi" be replaced by "Bituminaria bituminosa (L.) CHStirt.".
You can also type the French name to find the corresponding Latin names.Two repositories are available: the Tela-Botanica BDTFX which concerns only the metropolitan flora and TAXREF the Natural History Museum which covers all the kingdoms (plants, lichens, fungi, insects, birds, reptiles, mammals ...) and French territories (metropolitan France and overseas departments).When entering taxa, you can enter a custom data column (several are already available: abundance, phenology, wildlife).Your statement can be exported in text format.
It is then easily be imported into your database database software or spreadsheet data.
